We invite participants from public for the purpose of finding and supporting potential artists and performers in Tokushima. Anyone who was born or currently living in Tokushima is eligible for entry, regardless of age, nationality or experience level. No pre-screening upon entry.
Participation is decided by the lottery if it exceeds the capacity.
In 7th anniversary of this festival, 40 Exhibitors (received 52 entries) and 17 Performers (received 20 entries) challenged to this festival.
On January 31st, Grand Prix and other prizes were granted to some participants.（→ Award Winners ）
