2. The Kick-off Meeting
The day of the explanatory meeting and a lottery if necessary. Sunday, November 8, 2015
We will do the lottery ONLY if the number of entries are over the capacity. We also do the lottery for the specific exhibition space on that day, too.
3. Preparation of Your Work.
November, 2015 to Mid-January, 2016.
We ask you to submit your work.
4. Rehearsal
Exhibition January 16, 17, 18, 2016
Performance January 17-23, 2016 (After 17:00~)
Only for those who want to practice. You must practice on your own. First come first serve. About 30 minutes per group/personnel. There are no full rehearsal with all participants. If you want to take a look at the site, please let us know.
5. The Festival Starts

Performance January 24, 2016
6. Award Ceremony
January 18, 2016
We clean up the space after the ceremony.

Category Details
Any form of expressions. All experience levels welcome!
There are two categories.
● Exhibition
Painting, Sculpture, Craft, Pottery, Calligraphy, Fiber Art, Drawing, Digital Art, Collage, Dying/coloring, Picture, Engraving, Sculpture, Electric Arts etc.
Location：The Tokushima Modern Art Museum Exhibition3(2F)
Each gets about 5 meters wide and 1 meter long of the space. However, size of space may varies.
● Performance
Music, Dance, Opera, Magic, Mime, Puppetry, Recitation, Stand-up Comedy and performing arts etc.
Location：The Tokushima Modern Art Museum, Lobby(2F)
The stage is about 5.2 square meter space.
Seating Accommodation: 100. Performance must be within 15 minutes. 5 minutes intervals.

Your Qualifications
● You or one of your group member was born in Tokushima or is living in Tokushima.
● You are able to attend The Kick-off Meeting in November 8, 2015.

All works will be reviewed by selected judges and the winners will be announced at the award ceremony.
The winners will present their refined Art works or Performance once again.

● You must attend The kick-off meeting (will be notified by postcard) in Nov. 8th. If you miss it, your

FAQ
Is it OK that the number of members for the group entry is not certain at this point?
Yes. However please do not change the members drastically.
And please include at least one member who was born in Tokushima or is living in Tokushima now.
Is it OK that I ask you to give me an advise about my art work?
No, we can not do that. Because we want to be fair for all challengers.
I would like to draw something on the wall of the museum.
We don’t allow to draw something directly on the wall of the museum.
What facilities and equipment the museum offers?
For exhibitions, we offer some lighting equipment and fold down tables.
For performance, you can use a piano and
professional sound systems. Other things, you have to provide yourself.
I want to exhibit an engraving, how much space can I use?
About 5 meters wide and 1 meter long space, plus 5 meters ceiling height.
However, size of the space may varies.
Is it OK that I want to dance to popular music?
Yes, if it’s unique or shows your creativity or some what challenging.
However, the permission might be obtained from the copyright holder.
Is it OK that I have no confidence filling up the exhibition space and very shy about my art work being in public?
Of course! No prior experience needed to exhibit your work in this festival. All experience levels welcome!
